Ihop

I like IHOP and I want to like IHOP. Today's visit was good, almost very good. Our server was very good, almost great. She had a few too many tables to be great. The food was very solid. I purchased the original pancake breakfast. 2 eggs, hash browns, sausage links and 2 pancakes. We also ordered toast as a side. Smallest toast I have ever seen at a restaurant. And the toast was not hot nor warm. Everything was good until we pulled the syrup out of the container. Our choice was maple and it was stuck to the bottom of the holder. We still used it, but had to be very careful. Again, our server was very good and generous. The food overall was very good. A solid 4 stars.

The service was wonderful and even though they were busy they were pretty quick with our order. The newer menu has some options that I was actually looking forward to trying. I was surprised with how flavorful and properly done with my meal was, in the past I had been disappointed multiple times but as of late I have had zero complaints about anything at all. Good service and food at a very fair price.

There was no wait to be seated, the tables looked clean, along with the seats. Food came out very quickly, and looked and tasted fresh. The waitress was so, super nice. She was on top of everything, and even explained how the all you can eat is cheaper than the other menu items. Coffee was hot, fresh and fantastic. Syrup selection was huge.
