Fortunately my issue with this location isn’t quality control it’s more of pricing vs what you get with Jimmy John’s as a whole, I ordered the new “summer” menu item a wrap with some sort of special sauce. Although tasty VERY small for almost $10 what the world. I literally felt finessed. Staff is always good not necessarily friendly but not rude either. Order is always accurate & service is generally fast.

Be sure to check your order at this location. It will likely be wrong or incomplete or not ready. Ordered via online. Tracked my order and the app was never at "ready for pickup" so I just drove to the drive-thru anyway. The sandwich was ready but when I got there and got to the window I repeated my order that included a drink. He handed me my sandwich and then closed the window, I assumed he was making the drink. Came back 5 min later and asked me what I needed, I reminded him I ordered a drink. 2 min later, comes back with the drink. I got what I ordered but only because I checked and reminded the employee. Hopefully they can tighten up this location. I've been here before and didn't check my bag and of course my chips were missing.

This is the worst Jimmy Johns I have even been to. They don’t ring you up correctly and don’t care when making your sandwich. Food doesn’t taste fresh. Sub par service, I have gone in two different occasions and vow to never eat here again. Don’t waste your money.

You have French bread, slice bread or wrap….. Not many options and pay $10 for a sandwich like I make at home. Nah I will pass! It was clean and staff was nice.

They got my order right when I placed it on the app at 8pm. I was impressed when I called a few min late for being “that jerk”. They said it was already out for delivery. My order included all the extras which is whole pickle cut in half, oatmeal raisin cookie, Diet Coke and avocado sauce. It came in 15 min on 8pm Monday night.

Wasn't bad. Meat quality wasn't what it used to be a few years ago, but I think that's the way things are now. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

This location had 5 employees working around 4 in the afternoon. No other customers besides my husband and myself. It took 20 minutes in drive thru for 2 sandwiches. The order still was not correct. No apology just attitude. Never again!

Went to the drive thru and the person who was taking my order had terrible customer service. He rushed me through my order and didn't even ask what I wanted on my sandwich. He confirms the combo items I wanted and asked if that was it? I say I wanted to tell him the toppings I want, he lists off 3 "default" veggies, never mind considering if I had a preference or allergy?! And he says " it comes with xyz, what else do you want" his attitude was unprofessional and rude and at that point I just drove off because I refused to spend my money there or have them slop my food together! This wasn't the first time I had poor customer service at this location either.
