Dunkin'

I ordered 2 iced Carmel macchiatos. Got 2 nasty iced coffees. The girl did give me the correct coffee except it was all almond milk with an inch of coffee on the top. This location is not what it used to be. The employee's and management just don't care anymore and it shows in the lack of quality in their products and employee's.

We came in as a larger group all wanting to give them our business nonetheless. The manager blew up at us and accused us of opening the door for customers who were outside of the store (apparently the door had been locked after we came in, but no one informed us of this). When we told her that we didn’t let anyone in, the manager caught an attitude and said “well one of you did” and then stormed to the back of the store in a very aggravated way. She was throwing her hands up and rolling her eyes throughout the entire time we were there. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Let my start this off by saying this is the worst dunkin I've been to. My first incident, happened about 6 months ago, involved finding TRASH in the bottom of my coffee after I already drank it. 🤢 Tried contacting the store owner to which a rude employee says "what are we supposed to do about that?". How about not put TRASH in my coffee. Got the manager's number and they never answered no matter what time of day. So I tried corporate and never heard anything back. Professional. Anyway, I decided to try dunkin once more, because I needed a coffee fix, and yet again was given horrible customer service. I asked for a Medium Iced Caramel Latte to which the person taking my order says " a medium decaf latte?". I said "no not decaf", and repeated my order. I pull up to the window and they try to hand me something that doesn't even look like a latte, black coffee. I asked if it was a latte and the girl just laughs, says "one minute", and closes the window, then she hands me a drink that looks like milk . I tried it and it was just straight up milk and caramel. The employees were blasting music to which they obviously couldn't understand eachother or their customers. This place is a joke. They are hiring people who obviously don't care a bit. I thought maybe after 6onths it would change, my mistake. 😮‍💨🤮👎
