The food was great..we got fresh lo Mein and beef and broccoli...very good food, however the going in and coming out route is a bit long but hey who cant use a little walk?? Also I would advise ordering online for dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings..so much quicker..but the staff was awesome and the store was clean..food looks and tastes fresh and number 1...the sneeze guard was clean as well. We will definitely return to eat at the Quincy and Buckley location. 👍👍👍👍😃😃

I used to come here most of the time but lately its been really bad. Customer service is rude. The food is really been drenched in ALOT of sauce and I ordered two kids meals and they didnt have any choclate chip cookies so I asked can the price be lower since the meal wasnt complete the girl standing in the back round looked at me as if I was stupid. Well I paid full price the noodles been tasting super bad like smoked oil. 🤢 Update thought I would give it a try omg this place ka disgusting orange chicken was drenched in sauce noodles tasted of smoke and angus steak was raw i threw away my sweetfire chicken breast tasted of gas. They switched it to the honey seseme chicken breast omg so soggy and tasked smokey. Idk if anybody has this problem but I called them out on it. Look at the angus steak and payed extra disgusting

Looks like the price of the bigger plate increased. Today I ordered the orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and super greens. Everything was cooked well and served fresh. Service was pleasant and quick. While other reviews talk to there being issues with their food, one should always check that meat is cooked all the way through. Also, if you wish to get less sauce on an item, you can request to have a new batch made with less or just use a paper towel to absorb the extra. Finally, evening hours are always crazy as well food quantities are limited leading into close, so plan accordingly as both items and portions may not be available to what’s typically offered.

My ubereats order was missing part of a plate. The manager seemed disgruntled I came and got it today instead of later in the week. I wasn't feeling well and paid extra fees for my food, but I went down and got it even thought that totally defeats the purpose. She did not apologize at all, but at least she gave me free fortune cookies. I am a retail manager and I was very disappointed at the way that was handled.

If there was a lower then a one star, this place deserves it! I have faced discrimination in multiple occasions from the elderly man in the front. He’s not only Rude, but also displays Racist behavior towards other people of color. From constant dirty looks, poor portion sizes, and constantly snapping at customers, this behavior is unacceptable. I’m tired of coming to this Panda and experiencing this constant discrimination. I have complained about this several times to management, but apparently they find this behavior acceptable. Save your time and respect and go to another food chain!

I ordered food to be picked up. Upon walking up to register the young girl behind the counter was very much on her phone with her back to the register. I said hello twice.. before I said " hey" .. still nothing . The other employees saw me saw her and took them saying something twice before she turned around rudely. Like I was intrupting her day at "work". I gave her my name and she handed me my bag without a WORD. I've been in the service industry 25 years and never has something like this happened. Panda express should retrain their employees or just the hiring manager.
