Dunkin'

I normally don't have any issues. But I went today ( June 6th 2022 around 3pm) and got an iced coffee and an ice water. I poured my ice water into a mug to keep it cold cause I work in a garage. As I got to the end of pouring my water, I saw this black thing floating in it. I did not drink my coffee or my water. I went to another Dunkin and they looked at it, and they agreed with me that it almost looks like a mouse dropping. I didn't even want to try and get another drink from them, if this is what I think it is. I've had issues with drinks similar to this, but they were more obviously coffee grounds getting mixed into the drink. But never has it looked like a mouse dropping.

Apparently no help. One employee not letting people in while drive thru line grew bigger. Nearly impossible to exit line. Finally drove over curb to get out. If you don't have staff than shut it down. Short staffed and you sit one to turn people away trying to enter???? Lock the door and put up a sign.
