1st I have to say their food is good my wife and I haven't been disappointed yet and we've ate there in the past 15 months 3-5 times a week until about 6 weeks ago . We both enjoy everything with bacon cause the flavor is kicking. I'm giving only 2 stars because for about the past 6 weeks either my wife or I've had a problem with them closing before their reg. time up to 1 hour and 10 mins earlier than posted time , times that even currently posted on the window they serve us at. With our work schedules , our house under construction rite now and the restaurants open late in the area we prefer Checker's. And if they're closed a hour early turning multiple vehicles away , why have we seen the grill on and loaded with food?

So I can’t use by rewards I checked the app with my regards and ordered the chicken sandwich I specifically said no pickles or tomatoes I’m allergic to both! I still had tomatoes I couldn’t eat the sandwich they said I could use my rewards I had a free chicken sandwich I don’t even know why I went! Fries are great but nobody listens at this Location in Augusta Georgia no one listens your chargedfor things you didn’t want and you can’t even eat and because they’re too busy on their phones to listen to your order its awful thanks so much is South Augusta your welcome for being a valuable customer even though customer service sucks

Went there tonite and was teed off, the date is 06/28/22 at 1036 pm says Whitfield on receipt, when we rode by store looked like it was closed no lights on, asked cashier why all the lights was off and she replied because its hot in here, yet cook had a hoodie on with the hood up, if these people dont want to work fire them, makes you wonder did they do anything to the food, won't be back
