Normally I do not have any problems with this KFC. Today the lid wasn’t on my gravy and I got home with no gravy because it was all over everything in the bag! I tried to call. They would answer the phone then hang up before anything was said. I just lost my brother and best friend within 2 days of each other and definitely didn’t need the meds LFC gave me!!

Above and beyond customer service . The chicken was fresh , hot and so very good . The green Beans were so flavorful . The mashed potatoes were very good and a good quality . I dipped my biscuit in the gravy and it was so good . My tea was excellent . I highly recommend KFC on Windsor Spring Road in Augusta , Georgia . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Typical south Augusta, in a hurry to close when it's hour or so before ? So 1st time I didn't get all my $$ food I decided to give a nother chance natural in a hurry didn't get all my food ! So it will be a minute before I do it again sick of paying high prices for unhappy employees that are so rude whatever thanks KFC Add to list of south Augusta don't want your business

Repeated my order 3 times and it was still wrong, asked for nashville hot and got plain, not one side order correct, and tea was bad at the window. I was treated like trash if you don't like your job stay home!!!!!

Fairly standard KFC drive thru experience. I ordered chicken tenders and fries. I didn't get all the sauces I asked to though, even when I asked again at the window.

Ordered the 8 pc. Bucket meal. When I first started ordering this, every time I would get 2 bowls of potatoes and 2 gravies. At that time the cost was 20 dollars, since they raised the price to 25 dollars they only give you 1 bowl of potatoes with the 2 gravies.
I do not mind the price going up, but leave the same amount of food!

Ordered a 2 piece combo crispy and a 3 piece combo both orders of chicken was old and hard along with they only gave us 2 pieces in each combo
