Mcdonald's

Well, I used the in-app purchase feature for the first time and everything went well. No sooner did I walk in the door, my order was up on the board, so I settled in to wait. Almost immediately, my order brought out and handed to me. That was great! Then I sat down in the dining room. That was a mistake. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since lunchtime. Also, the most distressing thing was the fact that there were probably 40 or 50 flies zipping around landing on me trying to get at my food. The staff here we're seemingly unaware of the disgusting insects. I didn't dare enter the restroom. No telling what I might have found. Even though it will be an inconvenience, I think I will bypass this location next time.

Stopped in for lunch, extremely busy, so do not be crunched for time. The staff seems adequate. I didn't get the chance to order but that was on me. I didn't schedule my visit right, I was shuffling appointments. But the staff seemed courteous, did not rush, they stayed at a good pace for the flow of traffic. This McDonalds is sectioned between University hospital and the downtown VA so come prepared and enjoy your meal. Until next time.

For some reason this location does not always get it right. For this one visit there all I order was the cookie tote and had to pull into a reserve parking to wait for someone to bring it out. Well 40 minutes of waiting I go inside to find out no one started cooking them, so I waited an additional 10 minutes before I was given my order. Then it was given to me in the breakfast plate instead of the box. Which mean somebody didn't order boxes for the cookies.

Store opened at 5 am. I pull in at 540am to the drive through just to order a coffee. I waited 10 minutes and nobody answered. I pull to the window as now 3 cars are in line. Look through and two staff members are hanging out at the front desk just talking leaned up on the counter. Literally make eye contact and wave to the man inside . who makes eye contact and then hides behind the side and continues to talk. I sit at the window for another 5 minutes. No service. I drove off. Place is a dump. South augusta is the ghetto. But it doesn't mean they have to ALWAYS act like it. Why is the culture so trash down here ? No customer service no nothing.. I would never open a business down here.half a dozen restaurants on this side of town do the same thing. Its pitiful. Never will return to this business again

I pulled around to the window the first lady that took money was nice. When she took my money I said a need to add a sausage patty for my dog. She said pull up they will take care of my. The fella was cordial. A member of management came up to me and said you have to go around again or come in. They handed it out and she said have a good day. I tried to tell her what I wanted. Management gets an F For customer service. If I would have had time I would have stopped her line for say 5- 10 minutes. She would sing a different time.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I Arrived at 10:37 am and didn't leave until 11:19 am! I thought this is supposed to be fast hot food! Food was cold and before We got our order finally, they came out 4 times with different peoples orders asking was this my order! I even gave the female employee the receipt the second time she came out asking what was our order! Even with receipt in hand , they still sent out the wrong food order 2 more times! Finally on the 5th attempt they got it right, but by then the food was COLD! I AM Thoroughly DISAPPOINTED IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND ITS LACK LUSTER POOR SERVICE! I DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVE AN APOLOGY FOR HAVING TO GO THRU WHAT I EXPERIENCED! I GIVE THIS BUSINESS A NEGATIVE 5 STARS! I WOULD RECOMMEND SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE TO CONE DOWN AND RETRAIN ALL EMPLOYEES !!!

Horrible service and rude staff. Rung me up for a crispy chicken biscuit meal when I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal. The lady at the first window that took the money corrected the order but the girl that took the order yells "What's the difference!". Then they give me my drink and ask me to pull up to the line. Waited 10 minutes before I had to go in and wait another 15 -20 before I get my food and someone screaming from the back that they already gave the lady her food. I will never return to that location. You are in the middle of the Medical district and Summerville with this unprofessionalism? Maybe I just went on the wrong day but I will not be back. The entire lobby was full of other people waiting on food.
