Bubble Champagne Bar

I was looking for a venue for a surprise 50th birthday party with an intimate setting, a place big enough to cater for the number of guests and yet small enough so that in can be closed off to the public without costing us too much dollars. Bubble champagne bar was just perfect for the special occasion. I fell in love the moment I walked in. So charming, so perfect. The place is full of character with its fabulous rich colours, reds, golds and browns, polished wood floors and high ceiling meant you did not fee claustrophobic – we had a sit down meal for 34 of us – but there was still lots of extra space staged with couches and cushions – so perfect for intimate chats away from the party. I can’t go on without saying how wonderful the staff was, the staff kept in touch prior to our function and on the day a few hours prior to the party I had in my disposal two staff that helped set up the tables and chairs and brought out all their party gear, table cloths, chair covers in our choice of colours etc. On the night itself, they were wonderful, calm, professional, fast and efficient and very well organised. Fantastic service, it all seemed it was done invisibly; they were not in your face but were subtly attentive. Oliver especially helped, smiled the whole night and even brought in his laptop as we had an issue with my laptop, he was always at hand, he was amazing, attentive and at no stage did I or any of the guests complained about anything or lack of service. The food was delicious; it’s not often that 34 plates come out at the same time and still be warm. The food came to our tables like practiced clock work, all our guests marvelled at the food, we had a 3 course meal, it came in good portions, stunningly delicious and presented like a bride. I must add the colours look great in photographs, my friend loved her 50th Surprise party and we will definitely go back again and recommend it if you are after a place that offers you top service, top food at a reasonable cost – not to mention the central location within the heart of Auckland city makes this place a top choice. You won’t know until you try, go for a drink first, knock on the door, discover the little corner secret.

One of the best places to hire for special occasions! I have been to this place several times and every time I made a visit, they never fail to disappoint! Food served is always served high quality and taste just as great, service is always top notch. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they're really flexible with any date changes of venue hire. There is plenty of room and seats available and it really gives off an elegant, sophisticated feel. Highly recommended!
