Well there goes my New Years Resolution for 2024. Just had a few of the Mrs Higgins Chunky Choc Chip Cookies and 1) I'm full, 2) I'm hooked and 3) I'm definitely getting more of these in future.
Can't fault them at all.
I found if you microwave one for 10 seconds then pour Meadowfresh thick custard over the top it's a perfect match and an easy dessert.
So my New Years Resolution of signing up at the gym will now be to support Mrs Higgins. I'm picking it'll be cheaper and I'll be able to honour it.

You cannot go to Auckland and not stopping in Queen Street to eat those amazing fresh cookies! I spent weeks in that city and I had one of them every day. A friend of mine just came back from New Zealand and I asked him if he could bring me few of them because they are unforgettable!
There’s a lot of different choice for all the tastes. They have a rustic shape but the taste is so delicious!
