Dunkin'

I went here for the first time it’s absolutely disgusting frozen hot chocolate which is supposed to have whipped cream with the chocolate drizzle on the top but neither was in the drink we asked the lady at the window twice to fix another one of our drinks and she did the same thing absolutely disappointing never coming here again I asked for ice cream but they said they had no topping and I saw the lady putting toppings on her ice cream and eating in front of customers no mask

15 min in drive thru while they waited on the same car.. decided to go inside (where a family was complaining about not getting their order finished) and waited another 10 minutes, apparently I was invisible 😑 4 staff members could be seen moving nothing but their mouths to each other... just wanted a coffee! Left with nothing... again! Call.. no answer.. wait two hours call.. no answer!

I'm very disappointed in the service received at the Auburndale Dunkin Donuts today. I placed a mobile order for two iced coffees and a lemonade refresher. When we got to the drive thru we waited for a bit and weren't acknowledged so my husband said hello. Someone responded and said they would be with us shortly. A few minutes later a different person came over the speaker and asked how they could help us. Both people were unpleasant and acted as if we were bothering them by showing up to retrieve our order. We were told to pull up and when we got to the window we were handed the refresher which was fine and then the two coffees as well as a large cup that had ice in it with a lot of water at the bottom. We were told the ice in our drinks melted because "the drinks were made a while ago". We were there literally within five minutes of placing the order. There is no way the ice would have melted within five minutes. Also when placing the order I requested to have two Splenda added to one of the coffees. The coffee was very bitter. There was no sweetener whatsoever in the coffee. I always drink my coffee the same way so I can tell the difference. My husband went inside to ask if our coffees could be remade and was given an attitude by the manager. He explained what happened and she said that she had just made the drinks herself. If that were true why wouldn't the drinks have any ice in them and why would the other employee working the window hand us a large cup of ice. They didn't put ice in the drinks and then handed us a cup of ice expecting us to do it. Anyhow the manager reluctantly made new drinks and we went on our way, but we will not be going to this particular Dunkin Donuts again.

I always have problems coming here and ordering. They are always short staffed, which is unfortunate. The staff is usually friendly, but just slow/short. This is Dunkins fault of course, not the employees. I want to like this coffee shop, it's very convenient for me to stop by on my way to work, but I'm always late to work if I go here, or my drink is rushed and tastes bad, even if I order ahead through the Dunkin App. Please Dunkin Donuts, fix the staffing issue and or training issue.

Claims to have a staffing shortage yet 3 women were standing around talking as if they're in high school instead of working. Ordered a basic ice coffee and asked for whip, they bring me a watered down coffee with no whip that's not even worth consuming. The woman who took the order had an attitude problem. Won't be coming back.
