Sonic Drive-in

If I could choose zero stars I would have. It took me literally 5 minutes to explain that I only wanted a chili cheese dog. With only chili and cheese. And an order of chili cheese Tater tots. She literally could no fathom my request. Then when I finally got my order after 30 mins waiting when there was only 3 vehicles in the whole parking lot the whole time. The ones at the window were very rude. Wouldn’t even speak to me when I told them to have a good day. And then I get my food and go to eat it and realize there are chicken chunks in my tater tots and the chili was horrible. I could not even eat my food. These people have no clue what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction or even care how their customers are treated. And their food is always horrible. I only stop there when I have no choice. After 18 years of management in restaurant experience I am truly truly disappointed in this one. Someone needs to step up.

Just went through the drive thru on 12/12 @ around 12:45 pm. I waited at the speaker for about 10 minutes before anyone addressed me. I ordered 3 large meals, was given medium. Then when asked to fix it, the lady never spoke a word. Just snatched them back. My tots were also small. Also gave me 3 diets, when asked to fix she said they were out of regular dr. Pepper. Also, they were completely out of meat. Service is absolutely ridiculous.
