Red Lobster

This place has gone to hell. I’m not a person who leaves bad reviews or reviews at all. But I had to this time. My family and I went in... no hostess. Waited for 8 mins to get seated. Finally was seated in the back of the restaurant. After 20mins of not being greeted we just left. Sad part, no one even noticed we was leaving.

First of all, spectacular service. Our server gets 5 stars along with the cheddar biscuits. The rest of the food was very disappointing. Out of the three meals we ordered at the seafood restaurant, the hamburger was the best dish. The fish & chips and the alfredo were both ridiculously underseasoned. At half the price, Captain D's will be our seafood stop next time.

Came here in January, before COVID became huge here in the US, and it seems Alyssa B. thought the cash tip she was given wasn’t enough and decided to use her liberties to take $4.50 more off the card, unauthorized. Two stars because I must have enjoyed the visit since I put a smiley face on the receipt in the tip area, and I, therefore, likely gave her a generous tip. However, I’d advise the rest of you to monitor your credit card statements when paying here, as it seems they’ve hired some criminals 🙃. Or, better yet, go elsewhere until it can be verified that the thieves have been taken care of; that’s likely what I’ll do.

Went to rl ln Auburn last night for my wife’s birthday we were seated rather quickly. Waitress said they were out bread and would bring some out when it was done, she brought our 3 biscuits for our table of 3 they were still gooey not done. Flounder was no longer on the menu so I ordered white fish it was soggy and not done in the middle. The waitress said she would me something else I chose steak and baked potato the steak was over cooked and the potato was burned and I never got any butter for my potato or any refill on tea
