The owner, Mark, is very kind and helpful. I like to buy the brownies by the tray for $3. They always have several types available at all times, like Oreo, Salted covered pretzel, etc. Bradford Heights also has an impressive make-your-own coffee bar with lots (like 20) of Torani syrups. The store is well-lit, with great displays of all the products and festive decorations. My mom frequents this shop and gets the apple bread. Beautiful Christmas cookies, sold in bulk like for teachers. A truly great addition to the Fingerlakes Mall and really the only bakery worth anything in Auburn, due to Cameron's poor customer service.
