Inside Store hours states they are open until 11pm. We went there at 10pm and the doors were locked. Both of the employees there looked right at us, gave us nasty looks and said they were closed. I took a picture of the hours and went through the drive-thru to let them know that it's not legal to close their doors before the posted hours. Both of them gave me bad attitudes and refused to let us in. They said that their manager made them close the doors early. No sign posted or anything. Unacceptable. Rude service. Poor experience. But that seems to come with the territory for most establishments in this area unfortunately.

Slow service, was told drive thru comes first. Sorry I get out of my car I should be home first. Then had to replace my order 3 times to be given it cold, when stated it was to be toasted was told it was warmed good enough.

Usually go thru at 530am the ppl that work then are awesome..went thru at 830 am today asked grilled bagel with cream cheese on side.They put it on it,barely toasted and cold..well it's not good.Not happy

I ordered the apple cider, I asked for it to be warm, it was the most delicious apple cider I have had in a really long time. The girl working the day I went was very kind and polite.

Expedient service with fair prices and very good service ask for David on third shift he's all about customer service for the overnight shift

Neither good nor bad staff was fairly friendly and got me my order accurately and quickly. Restaurant was well kept and they were tolerant of me sitting reading while waiting for my car to be repaired next door.

I love Dunkin im always there. Before I was stuck on just 1 place. But now I try them all out because I'm always traveling. And so far this 1 is 1 of my favorites.
