Mcdonald's

Just got back from Atmore McDonald's. I bought a fish filet and the cheese was cut in half and the tartar sauce was not enough. The fish smelled rotten. I just threw it away. The cashier complained to me about giving her the deal code in the window. She told me next time to give the code when placing the order so the order can be completed. I don't understand what she meant by that. The cashier did not give me a receipt. I don't like this McDonald's. The only McDonald's in town and it's so frustrating to have bad service. The corporate office needs to be aware of what's happening and get rid of all the employees.

Already boycotted the Bay Minette location due to repeat quality and service issues. First time trying the Atmore location. Same service and even worse food quality. Will not be back. Spicy chicken sandwich with globs of sauce all dumped on half the sandwich, not even edible. Fries were old and could tell they'd been sitting awhile.

The worst customer service I have had in a long time. Simple 2 item order 10 piece nugget and a large fry. Young worker repeated it back to me and I pulled around. I got to the window she tried to give me a large sprite, I explained to her I ordered a large fry. She turned to what I assumed was the manager and she said oh no get the receipt. She came to the window and demanded the receipt! I grab it and sure enough it said a large sprite not a large fry. I tried to hand her my card she refused it and told me I ordered a large sprite and tried to hand it to me again. I told her some how there was a mistake and I would pay the difference. She told me I was going to have to drive around back through the line because she did not have a register and walked away. I was calm until that point. The line was wrapped around the building. Another girl came to the window and tried to give me the drink again. I refused it and explained again I did not order the drink. The manager came back and again told me to drive back around at that point I put in park and told her I was not driving around and tried to pay again. She walked away, she eventually came back with a bag and handed it to me. Opened it up and it was a small fry! If you know me, it takes a lot to work me up but that lady was rude and has no business in a leadership roll. Sadly she will ruin everyone on her team!

Everything we de ode to have food here the drive through service is very rude. Extremely short with answers. After telling the employee that was working the drive thru to cancel the order because she was so rude. She then slammed the window in my wife and mines face. The worst mcdonalds around, seem that a manager change is needed.

Went to drive threw at 10:35 on 1/01/21 and the employees were sitting outside and than when I pulled up to drive threw they said they were out of everything. She was very polite about it but dang this is the third time I’ve come there after 10 and not been able to get an order. Maybe should quit advertising open till 11.
