The staff is friendly enough, but they definitely don’t go out of their way. The food is always good, but seems more times than not you should expect to be pulled around and wait for an unknown period of time for them to bring it out to you. They seem to be out of items pretty often, but like I said the foods good once you get it.

The resturant was not busy and no one was behind me in the drive thru. I Ordered all dark meat original 8 piece, ordered lg side mac & cheese extra, did not get mac & cheese and the chicken was not all dark, 4 biscuits were smashed flat on top of chicken, chicken very greasy. Called back regarding order, manager hung up on me very rude.

Honestly this is probly the worst restaurant I've ever been to. The Staff are very rude and act like they don't even wana be there. The crackheads in the parking lot are friendlier than the staff

Worst customer service that I have ever had! Just moved here 6 months ago and have tried them 3 times, stupid me! For the first time in my life I called "customer service" on a place. Surprisingly they were horrible also. Iys been 3 weeks and still havent heard back. I will NEVER go tonthat place again!

Love the convenience of ordering online, but when I arrived to pick up my order I was told they did not have any breasts.. and asked if I just wanted what they had. Of course I've paid for it already, so I'll just take what they have.. but what confused me was when I pulled up to the window another employee was asking the girl at the window if I was going to wait for it to be cooked or not. I was never offered to wait for anything to be cooked.. I was only told I could just get what they had. If I'd been presented with both options on nearly a $50 order then I'd have waited patiently. I'm really understanding, especially when it comes to service workers... customers can be hateful but I know lazy when I see it and it reflects greatly on this particular location where the employees simply do not want to inconvenience themselves by cooking a chicken breast.

This is take out only at this time. So only the drive thru is open. I placed my order. Which was very simple. 6 reg. Wings and a $5 breast w/Cole slaw. Pulled around and paid for the order. Waited at the window for a few minutes and was asked to pull around to wait for the wings they were cooking. So I pulled around and parked where I was asked. 10 minutes went by....a young man came out with large orders for people that were behind me and another lady in line. I asked him when my food would be out. He said that he would check for me. Well, another 10 minutes goes by and he comes back out with more orders for more people behind me. I asked again when my food would be ready. He said they were waiting on my wings. He goes in and comes back out with my order. I thanked him and tipped him. Pulled out of the parking lot and reached into the bag. I was going to eat a wing since they were ""hot"" . Was I ever disappointed. Not only were the wings ice cold....I waited almost a total of 40 minutes from when I ordered until getting the food. Tried calling the restaurant and it is either busy or no one will answer. This used to be a great place to get excellent fried chicken. You can get cold chicken anywhere. You don't expect to get cold fried chicken at KFC.

We ordered $45 worth of food and got home to find they had left out a side and order of biscuits we returned and told them the problem the girl on the intercom immediately got rude, she said the reason we didn't get our 6 biscuits is because they were out for the night an hour before close. My husband asked for a refund on the biscuits and she said we couldn't because it came with the price of the family meal but she can replace it with cookies so we decided to just refund the whole thing between the missing items them just leaving out something because they were out without letting us know we're trying to replace it with anything else until we return and the attitude we received and then we were informed it would take two days before we got our $45 back because we paid with the card we will not be back
