Pizza Hut

I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in over 6 months because my last experience was not favorable. I decided to give them another chance because we love their pizza, and I am so thankful I did! I ordered today and the pizza and naked wings were out of this world good! Thank you Pizza Hut on Atlantic Blvd. in Atlantic Beach, FL! WE APPFECIATE YOU!!!!

Customer service is severely lacking. Part of my order was missing. I called immediately after it was delivered, and was told they'd send it out. 3 hours later, still nothing. I call again, and spoke with a woman about it who then put me on a 15 minute hold. A few minutes later, a manager called me back to offer a $5 credit. Which I do appreciate, but everything leading up to that compensation was awful.

I called at 10:00 pm I called back at 11pm to confirm delivery was on the way, I called back at 11:45 when they told me they had the wrong room number. I was so upset because I know for a fact I gave correct room number but they never called me to let me know they were outside or even attemp to call me. When I finally called back again they told me if I wanted my pizza to come get it. They were super rude to me. The way these folks handled me made me never want pizza again!!!! My boss lady that I was with could not believe how rude I was treated. She even said she would never eat Pizza hut again. No customer service what so ever ..

Ordered through Uber eats and received the wrong pizza. I contacted UE and will get a refund for that part of the order. I called the store to address the issue to see if there was something to be done and was apologized to by the guy who answered the phone and told they would send a replacement for me when their driver got back but was not given an estimate. Mistakes happen I wasn't upset. At first. That phone call was at around 9:30pm. An hour later I called again to see if there was an estimate on what was going on and was told they had only 1 driver and that is why it was taking a little longer but my pizza was ready and waiting. Needless to say, I never received my pizza. Go figure.

Service was bad from the server/manager Melissa. From the moment we walked in she was rude to some of us and yelling at coworkers. She acted like she was giving us extra food on the house and then charged us for extra cheese and toppings which was never requested. When we first arrived my son used the bathroom which was clogged up. She came sometime later to ask my son and his friend who used the bathroom last and my son told her that it was that way when he got there. I told my son that he should have told an adult. She later requested to speak to my friends outside and accused my 12 year old son of clogging up the toilet with disinfectant wipes that I used to clean up their table and threw away myself in a yellow trash can steps from the table. She was unprofessional and if she would check the cameras she would see that he never even touched the wipes! I do not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone.

So far, it's cool. Been 2x. First time, someone didn't read the order and loaded sauce 9n. I have Crohn's, I can't eat that stuff like that. Pizza lost. Second time, I asked for light sauce, was perfect! Except the fact there's no mushrooms on here like I ordered. Thank you for looking at the request. May change to 4 stars if they're consistent but I don't go often. Keep doing good work!
