This is their definition of well done, the employees clearly do not take any pride in their job they do not care about the customers and it shows everytime I eat here, something is unavailable or not working, who does the inventory here? Clearly no one! Honey has been out of stock for weeks. What type of chicken place serves biscuits and don’t have any honey? unfortunately a lot of the restaurants on old national are the same and it is sad!

Most delicious food and wonderful, kind staff. I am sight impaired and the worker was super kind and helpful for me to see the menu. I got my husband and I a chicken sandwich and fries, super delicious. I like it more than any fast food chicken sandwich. Thank you, KFC. 🍗

June 30,2022, The lady that took the order was spectacular. I can only speculate what the cook was saying when he fixed it by the picture. He had to be saying that they are going to eat it anyway. Wonder what else he does that he says that we are going to eat it anyway. Haven't visited this place in a while.

Wish I never wasted my money here. Fries cold. Sandwich hot but thrown together very sloppy. Sweet tea warm barely any ice. I see why the place was empty. Never again

Food was good and fresh. The cook/ Manager was the saving grace. The front line staff took my order and money at the drive thru then told me to drive around and wait. After waiting 20 minutes, the worker came out with the car behind mine's food. I asked how long for my food and he said oh we don't have what you want. It'll be 40 more minutes. I asked for a refund and was told I'd have to come inside. Upon going inside the cook/ Manager assured me that it would be just 10 minutes.

Waited over thirty minutes food as the young lady who took my order forgot my order. The staff was very aloof at times. I will not go to that place ever again.

I ask for salt, pepper and butter with my meal today. The older lady working window gave me 1 tiny pkg of salt& pepper and no butter. Didn't know she cared about my blood pressure or kfc is that broke🤣

I bought three meals in the drive thru from there, the chicken did not taste anything like KFC., my chicken was very dry, biscuit was dry and somewhat hard. I will not be going back there. Very disappointed in the quality of food.
