Burger King

We haven't eaten out since the pandemic started, and were looking forward to it. Drive thru person was awesome, food wasn't. Prices are up about 40%, hopefully that's going to employees but I bet not. Sodas were flat, burger tasteless, fries cold. I guess the foods always been mediocre, but at least it was relatively cheap. $18 for two semi-edible meals; I'm sick of cooking at home but I guess that's what we'll be doing. We've had Wendy's twice in the past two weeks, similar price increase but the food was much better.

The place just needs to be closed down. The only reason I've kept ordering from this place is they are one of the few places you can get a burger delivered. I wish I could be more sympathetic, but I've worked in fast food before. I've gotten sick from their food on more than one occasion. Most of the time my order is wrong, and when it is correct, it's made poorly. Last time I ordered, our delivery driver told us they refused to give any drinks with our order, even though we ordered combos. With anywhere else I would find it hard to believe, but here, it's believable.

I ordered a melt and got a sandwich that has NO TOASTED BREAD. These guys are the absolute bottom level of the scale. The most classic example of the dystopia we live in. How is this restaurant open? Corporate can pay for this building to be here simply through the fact that there are human beings willing to be paid scrap to live and breathe here. By any sense of the word, these people BREATHE, they do NOT COOK, they don’t CARE, they just come for a paycheck and a pat on the back for giving out food which was the most saddest part of it all.

Severely understaffed. Even during the dinner rush, there was only four staff. One for the drive-thru counter, one for the delivery, one for the kitchen, and one for the counter and packing food. I understand their low morale but could not accept missing items. They missed two drinks and one med potato fries in my order.

I thought they would get the order right this time since I was the only car in the drive thru. WRONG!!! I didn’t even bother going back to get it corrected because the workers seem incapable of understanding ANYTHING. The first warning was having to repeat my order 3 times very slowly. After all that the order was still wrong! All you had was one customer and you can’t remember to put everything I ordered in the bag???

Stopped at this store on 4/6/22 at 1:30 through the drive thru, placed the order of two whoppers and fries. Moved to the window and paid then told to pull up and they would bring it to us. Four cars went through the window and out. when the fifth car left, my wife went in to find out what was holding up our rather normal order. She was told by an employee with a very bad and smartassed attitude "We had to cook it!". Neither sandwich was even warm 10 minutes late at home. Obviously they have lost a customer.

They got my delivery order wrong four times in a row. I complained after the first two times. The third order, my Impossible whopper had mayo on it and I got Dr. Pepper instead of Coke. The fourth time, I again got Dr. Pepper and a BEEF whopper wrapped in an Impossible wrapper. I couldn’t help but think this was retaliation for complaining. Bad work ethic and values.
