I wish I took a picture of the food but my husband and I were hungry and it smelled and looked so good we dug in and didn't think of a picture until after. First I would like to say the pictures of the menu are a bit outdated. The prices are a bit higher than what you see in the pics. Again something I should've taken a pic of but forgot. However, I find the prices are still fair and the food was delicious and worth the price. We ordered their chicken platter. The portion was good and the food was delicious. The spices are done so well and you can tell the food was fresh. True Moroccan flavor. We also ordered the Moroccan mint tea. We did have a picture of it. This was the only tea I have had that reminded me of my visit to Morocco and the tea I drank there. Even the places on Steinway never really had it this close to what I've had in my time in Casablanca. I definitely plan to go back even if it is just for their cup of mint tea. We did eat inside after we showed our vaccination cards so you do need to be vaccinated to sit inside. It's a small quaint place. Don't judge the size or look though because as I said I feel the food and tea is worth it. At least from what hubs and I have tried. My husband is from Morocco and he truly enjoyed the food so this is coming from someone who knows how the food should taste. You won't get the food in the tagine due to covid reasons so the food will be given in an aluminum platter so it can be thrown out or taken home if you want to take it with you. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed. Not all delicious food is on Steinway lol. This place is on crescent Street. When we went we did find parking across the street but it isn't guranteed but no parking is in these parts of Astoria anyway.

Food was nice. Place was clean. I wish they gave food together. Like I got the dish but no pita and by the time pita came food was cold. One server and one cook was working the whole place. Reasonably priced. The donut is actually soooo good!!

I came here for a late lunch while my husband was recovering from surgery across the street. The guys working here were super friendly and the place is casual and small but nice and clean with some homey touches. I got the Agudir Platter and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Exactly what I needed! The pastries at the counter looked delicious too but I resisted... Would definitely come back next time I'm in the area!

Wow. I needed lunch saw this breakfast/lunch Moroccan Cafe. There was a decent amount of seating for the size. The service was quick polite. The cafe was very clean with a nice decor. The food. I ordered and highly recommend the Merrakech (falafel) I could not stop eating it, from the pita bread, chic peas, fresh tahini sauce to the cucumber salad. The Moroccan went well with it which I think had little mint flavor. The dessert brownie was delicious with a fresh cup of espresso. Check it out and support a good local business in Flushing Queens.
