This place is very nice. Service is pretty good. Nothing too special about this location, but it’s kinda homey which is always a plus. Low key lighting makes perfect for a low key date. And actually it’s where me and my wife met for our first date. So I guess I have some bias. But overall is great for younger people.

Great food, service was amazing... hookah was really good as well. Staff was very attentive and was real chyll we even smoked hookah together.

I had lunch here a few times while in Astoria visiting family and friends. The servers here are just wonderful and have great memories it seems. The food was amazing, drinks are great and the music is probably the best, i love the fusion of reggae and soca along with the Spanish stuff and rap

Went their as a Photographer of a client. Wasn't that bad. But, they need more active employees. Employees don't response in 1 call, which is awful. They have a lot of foods too. The price and the foods were nice.

the seating was nice, all booths on both sides of the restaurant and the booths are a little higher that the ground so when you go and sit down, you will get a bit more privacy. the food was not the best mexican food I had but it was not bad at all. The hookah was okay as well.

Bit of a hit and miss.. Music is too loud, and the hookah is usually very good, unless it's one of those days.

La canela is probably the best in the area in regards to seating. The service needs to be looked into, it takes a bit of extra time for the waiters to respond you but your hookah and food is always ahead of time and they won't make you wait for long. ! Always loved this place and will continue to go.
