I’m giving this review one star cause i can’t give it zero stars. I will not be returning to this subway. The workers are very impatient and rude and didn’t even cut our sandwich. They gave us one dirty napkin and didn’t do the order right for the Callie fresh sandwich. They didn’t even put the sticker to wrap our sandwich and our sandwich was spilled out in the bag. One of the workers had was a male with red hair and a lady in a sweatshirt.

I ordered and paid on the app and hour before I intended to pickup. When I got to the store they were busy, so I was willing to be patient, but 20 minutes later they still hadn’t even looked at the pickup orders. While I sat there, I noticed neither employee ever changed their gloves. They touched food, money, computers, get own face and restocked supplies with all the same gloves on. Left without my food since they had made me late for work already.

I would give a 10 star rating to the lone worker who kept a positive attitude and worked alone thru a busy part of lunch time. Where were the other workers?
It is a small store with only 4 tables - one covered by signs and one with a spatula on a seat. The new subs #8 & #9 were tasty.

They were out of forks, the sub bread was dried out and flaky, the tomatoes were orange and soggy. We got overcharged and the worker couldn’t figure out how to refund. I’ve never left a bad review for subway before.

Employee didn’t know what he was doing. Probably no training. Very dirty and very unsanitary!!!! How does a chain store run out of pickles, black olives, and spinach? The guy was so lazy there wasn’t even ice for our drinks wow🥲

Never disappointed with this subway...their sandwich chefs do a great job! The only complaint I have is they're always out of cookies.

No Air conditioning. I couldn't take the heat while standing in line and had to leave. The workers looked like they were about to pass out from the heat too. Very bad management.
