Had a pretty good wait to be seated. Get inside and alot of tables was empty. Some of the food was over cooked. Yes pancakes wasn't the best and was hard. Server wasn't bad.

I had lunch in this place few times. Last time I had food with my friend and the waitress was super nice, she brought us all the bread options they have just bc we were not from town. Service is fast, fair prices and cozy atmosphere.

I have been to many Bob Evans around the state and I have to say this is definitely the worst one that I have been to yet. The servers and staff are very pleasant, they took care of me pretty quick and had a smile. The food itself was okay, the chicken was definitely over done and a little crispy on the edges. The overall appearance inside the restaurant is very worn out and in need of some TLC especially the bathroom. The men's bathroom was moderately dirty but had a very strong aroma and you had to hold your breath and get in and out as quickly as you could without breathing. I would say that I have been in much better truck stops for sure. The parking lot is pretty big, you can most likely fit a small trailer or camper in here as long as it is not Peak rush and full of cars. It is easy in and easy out on State Route 250 and positioned pretty close to the freeway just a couple minutes down the road. If you're looking for a place to eat it is going to take care of your needs, I really feel that someone needs to start paying a little more attention to the overall upkeep of the building and perhaps some replacement of different fixtures within the building. I can't say for sure that I would try to come back here but in a pinch it would be okay.

The food is excellent. Courtney and Paige were pleasant, fast and friendly hostesses during our visits. I would definitely come back for breakfast. We were impressed with the rolls, biscuits and gravy.

We arrived to a near empty parking lot. We gave our name, party of 2 to Julie, a very ruse person. Two couples we walked in with were seated right away. We were only couple for a few. Waited 30 minutes as lobby filled. The first couple in after us were the name called. Upon approaching hostess desk to see what the deal was, our name wasn’t even written down! Rude over confident hostess Julie needs to be moved to dishwasher.

Wasn't that great but wasn't the worst. Service was okay but could've been better. Had a simple, 2eggs and a slice of ham and hash browns. Very bland.

I witnessed the front desk lady being EXTREMELY RUDE to a Doordasher and other customers!! I believe her name is Julie!! She refused to give the Dasher the order even though the food was done!! Instead she let the food sit there for 20 mins and get cold!! She also was very short and snobby towards other customers!! I will not be going to that restaurant if she is working!!

WORST BOB EVANS EVER!! I’ve been here over 10 times. Every time they screw something up. Only reason I come back is because my family somehow enjoys eating here. Service is terrible and food is overpriced and bland. Below is a picture of what is suppose to be a BLT.
