The food was good, and served hot. But the service is lacking, and they could be 5 star out-of-this-world if they hired an extra person. The waitress is also the bartender, the bus person, and the greeter/seater. She's a great bartender, and even waitress, but she just can't do it all, especially when busy. It was overwhelming for her, and the frustration and inability to manage both bar and tables caused delayed service and slightly rude treatment of guests. Wasn't fun, but food was good and we didn't have to leave hotel.

Great food! The service was wonderful. Our server even had the kitchen make a sauce for my husband because they don't usually serve it. The bean soup always on the menu and I loved it. Hubby had fish and chips and says it was great. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay here. I have no complaints. The moment I checked in I received excellent service. My room was cleaned everyday and the front desk service was excellent as well. Everyone was just so pleasant and kind. The was ok but you have other options so it don’t bother me. Great selection at the bar. Victoria was down to earth and so welcoming. I would stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel and ate and drank at the 435 Grille almost every night. We had wonderful meals and drinks and Austin ROCKED! High recommend!

A great meal that didn't break the bank. Hard times hit my wallet the hardest, and bet it is the same for most blue collar working folks these days. I thought the prices were on the higher side of fair.

Just an average little place in a hotel to get something in real quick or sit down for a minute nothing spectacular. Service was probably the best atmosphere is just sit back and whoever you're sitting with for conversation. Staff were the best part

Excellent meal of Asparagus stuffed chicken breast with Swiss cheese and pesto sauce. Chef accommodated request for one of the dinners to be no added salt. Both meals were hot and delicious. It’s not often that you get what you asked for along with hot stir fry veggies.
