Excellent fish and chips, lovely helpful staff, very popular place, can be ordered online and have them delivered locally. Would advice ordering as there was a 40 minute wait. Will be back!

Great spot for a quick meal. Food made to order. There's a 10-15 minute wait time depending on when you go but it's well worth the wait. Battered haggis was also delicious

Best fish and chips I've had in a VERY long time. Portion size was massive and incredibly good value. Service was exceptional and the click and collect option is a stroke of genius. This chippy deserves awards; it's genuinely that good.

Fantastic fish and chips, prepared fresh from scratch when you order. If ordering to go and not eating right away, a local we met in line suggested the lightly battered fish so it is still crispy on arrival. The advice was spot on. Overall, tasty food at good prices. Friendly staff and efficient service. Highly recommend.

Good food selection and great quality but the ordering system was a bit confusing with lots of people standing outside. In fact you just have to go straight to the counter place and pay for your order then you are given a number and wait for your food. That explains the crowd outside but us Brits automatically think this is a queue🙂 It was better to order on line and get a pre arranged pick up time which was much easier.

Amazing fish and chips for the whole family after a day on the lake - we were famished. Batter is absolutely delicious. Friendly service. Hi tech too with online ordering and McDonalds style screen so you can see where your order is at. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area.

We always, always come here for fish and chips when we visit the Lake District. They are superb 😍

Visited after a long walk with friends as they offer vegan options, including chips, mushy peas, gravy, curry sauce, vegan nuggets, vegan burger. The food was absolutely delicious, plenty chips and on a cold sunny day we sat outside with our flasks of tea and tucked in.. Loved it and would definitely go back next time we visit Arnside which we loved.

Heard a lot about Arnside chippy and it didn't disappoint. I thought the prices were going to be extortionate but they are more or less the same price as my local chippy back home. We queued for about 20mins to get our food after placing the order then ate across the road looking at the bridge train line

Amazing find. Food was great and portions were good sizes. Very efficient service. Everyone had their role and it ran smoothly, so even though they were very busy we didn't have to wait long. Parked in the car park opposite and ate with a view
