Pizza Hut

Pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks were overcooked. Initially sent order as a delivery but was contacted by the store indicating that they could not deliver so i went to pick it up. They were out of some of the items on my order. This was the worst experience ever with Pizza Hut. Quality and customer service were less than expected.

My cheese stuffed crust pizza was completely burnt and too overcooked to eat. The entire pizza was thrown away and I went back out to Little Caesars & bought a cheese pizza for my kids. I usually check my order prior to leaving but it was so disorganized in Pizza Hut that I was just trying to get out of there. The location is so poorly run and we do not plan on ordering from there again.

I've lived in Arlington for 3 years now but I've never eaten at this Pizza Hut due to the reviews. Kept seeing TV commercials for the original pan pizza that I used to love back in the day so I went for it. I've had it three times now in the past month and yet to have an issue with customer service or quality. Pizza is always ready when it says it will be. I'm certainly not afraid to trash a place if I get bad service but I've been happy here lately. However the guy behind me may have had an issue because the young lady said she would need to talk to him about his order. Working at a Pizza Hut when I was a teenager was a fun time. Nothing wrong with having a good time as long as the work is being done properly. I guess they've got new management now. Either way I will continue to shop here for the time being.
