SMH....BURGER IS COLD AND ONION RINGS ARE OLD...SHUT DOWN IF THIS IS WHAT YOU SERVE..and I guess actually ASKING for ketchup is outta the question huh??? Stopped by around 9:30 am and the employees are too lazy to make a whopper. The cashier told me they were only doing breakfast. Last I checked, it is an option for breakfast and actually on your menu as the #13 combo. Won't go back to a restaurant that's too lazy to honor their own menu

I actually give no stars just had to press on one in order to put review.Just went to this Burger King and purchased a bk stacker king and no stacker sauce nor ketchup and mustard also cheese only on one patty. Will never purchase from here again.

Asked for burgers without buns. That was the only thing that was right. The "low-carb" option apparently makes the cheese on cheeseburgers disappear. All the burgers were cool, room temperature at best. No heat, no flavor.
I used to love BK flavor. This was a big letdown. Worst quality control I have seen in a fast food chain. I can't see any reason to go back.

Worst service ever! I ordered two breakfast items and paid for two breakfast items. When I got to work only one item was in the bag. I tried calling but no one answers the phone! The staff was not nice this morning. You can’t go in the building or you will get yelled at. Where is the management? If I could give no stars I would! Maybe a visit from the health department and local guides would straighten this place out or close it down!

STAY AWAY!! The worst BK I have ever been to in my life. I went through the drive-thru and the wall and window were so dirty It looked like someone threw up on it. The creamer curdled in my coffee. The order was wrong. The food gave me diarrhea. They need to tear this building down!

I placed an order through the app. Went to the drive thru and they were closed. Went to the front door and this sign was posted. The guy sitting down came up to the door and said they’re closed and they’re “fixing something”. I told him I paid for food and he said get your money back from your bank. Umm…what!? I better get my money back. Calling corporate in the morning.
