Omg there Big Mac was sooooo good 👍 but I found the bread to the Big Mac a little crumbly and the patty was a bit brown and not red like I wanted it when I asked the manager he told me to stop being a Karen but NO! My name is Judy and I’m a little moody about the patty and the fries were yellow and not black like I wanted them and the kids where crying and panicking. BTW this happened 5 years ago but I am still recovering

The drive-thru worker forgot to hand me back my credit card yesterday. Not a huge mistake, I was in a hurry myself and didn't realize until later. The issue was when I went to get the card this morning. I ask the manager if my Costco credit card was there, and I handed him my ID, a state driver's license. He asked me the bank. Not sure because I have multiple cards, I repeat "it's a Costco credit card." Manager Nazrul Islam went in back and found my card, held my card in front of me while standing behind the counter, puts his hand over it and demands I tell him the bank name despite it literally having my picture on it and me showing him my name on my ID again. He then took the card BACK TO THE BACK OF THE STORE AND TOLD ME THEY DON'T HAVE IT! He said he didn't have the card, after seeing my name and picture and company associated with the card. I had to press him again and he said, "that was citibank, you said 'Costco."" This manager, Nazrul Islam, was literally trying to steal my credit card despite me handing him my driver's license and telling him the identifiable info on the card. When he did finally bring the card he wasted more of my time as if to punish me for not telling him the magic words. It was incredible, they messed up and their manager treats me like a criminal while lying to me and trying to steal my credit card. I strongly advise all to not go to this Wendy's. I wouldn't be surprised if they are stealing credit card info.

Lazy and unprofessional. I’ve been there half a dozen times now and they have never gotten any extra specifications correct or given me the correct sauce. Also they ALWAYS close early without updating their hours. If you’re not open until midnight, fine. But update your hours so you don’t waste customers time cause our time is valuable too. None of this is criminal but wow this service and work ethic is terrible and you really need to do better.

Wendy's is typically one of our fast food go-to's. I go to the one on Columbia Pike just to avoid this one, though. Last order I placed was a curbside order that was estimated on the app to take 5 minutes. After 10, I walked into the store to find half my order bagged up on the carryout counter, and I even had to remind them to make the other half of the order. Come to find out, they have swapped a chicken sandwich for a burger and have shorted me an order of fries. 25 minutes now after the first half of my order was initially made, I have to have them remake the whole thing because it's cold. I feel like this is not an isolated experience because the man ordering after me returned his food for being old/cold and ultimately asked for a refund when his son was denied a drink refill.

It took almost a hour to get a single 4 dollar fast food meal. It's hard to know where to start on a review like this because almost everything went wrong that could go wrong. The food took forever, the building was super understaffed, when I asked about my food they said be patient we are still making it. Probably around the 3 or 4th time they said the order did not come through. (I used the mobile app) I had to lay out my receipt and then argue with the staff for a few minutes just to get most of my order. They didn't give me my pub fries. My final thoughts: I don't want to go back to the Wendy's store #4264 anymore.
