They didn’t have the coconut milk for the coconut milk iced latte on their menu. The line moves really slow and the employee is working by herself. That must be the reason for her bad attitude. They have no donuts out, and just one muffin that’s flipped over. The drinks on the outside are all disorganized too. Worst experience and service!

Get your coffee somewhere else, definitely a 0 star for this place. Very rude, unprofessional, and pushing hard to make sure that you as a customer get the worst service ever. As someone who is living in the area, this is embarrassing, I think dunkin could find more professional staff for this store. I was served by Endale.

Excellent service while being affordable at the airport. Even the airline staff struggles to afford the prices at dca.

This store participates in false advertising and is committing a federal crime. The do not honor prices listed on their menu board. Offering 2 for $4 specials on their menu and told me that is only outside the airport. Get your coffee and sweet fix somewhere else.

To the girl working the Dunkin Donuts this morning 4/26 and told me “We open at 5:10” and then proceeded to just walk off at that time without saying anything a GIANT F U!!!!! I was waiting since 4:30 to grab a coffee and bagel before my flight. Just because you have no work ethic, doesn’t mean you have to screw people over, who are just trying to grab a coffee.

Very disappointed. The menu says $1.75 for a bagel. Cashier asked what kind of cheese I want. I said garden veggie. She said she doesn’t have it and asked if I want plain cream cheese and I said ok. Then she charged me $3.36. I was really surprised. Doesn’t bagel come with cheese? How many people really eat bagel with no cheese? I felt I was cheated. Why can’t Dunkin Donut put the real price which includes bagel and cream cheese. And also put the price of bagel without cheese. So people know what they are buying at what price.
Also, the cashier was very unpleasant. Not a person you want to meet first thing in the morning.

Terrible service as Gate 45 branch. If I could give zero stars I would. 4 people serving and not a single one of them understand a word of English. Stuffed the order up completely and had to even get receipt out to show they had not given me my order. Then when I finally got what was missing I opened up the oatmeal container to see all they did was add some hot water and some milk and handed over as if it is ready. When I questioned them about it not being cooked they looked blankly at me saying that is how it’s done. Eventually we got out of them they don’t even have a microwave to cook it. Incredibly unprofessional and the fact that they offer a product that they can’t deliver is an absolute joke.

My experience at the Duunkin Donuts was horrible, the cashier was disrespectful and unaccommodating. I informed the cashier that I had the precise change as she entered the amount into the register, she ignored what I told her, closed the register and told me that she couldn't help me. So, I was stuck with a ton of change. Dunkin Donuts needs to hire staff to do basic arithmetic. There will be times when the calculator in the register will not be available, that's all I'm saying
