Pizza Hut

I just want to give a 5 star review to this location. I live closest to the other location on green oaks and came way out here to this location to place an order. Im a single mom and I was so stressed today that I mistakenly messed up on an order I placed and the lady that answered really helped fix the order. I feel like I’m at a breaking point today and I just wanted to feed my kiddos something I didn’t have to cook tonight. I really appreciate the excellent customer service in help fixing what was honestly my fault. Outside of the customer service the pizza looks so fresh and made to perfection. Thank you Pizza Hut at 2306 green oaks. I will definitely be back. God bless the women and men at this location.

Called in an order to Pizza Hut, I had a coupon for a Cheese in Crust Pizza, large, for $12.99. Yasmine was who took the call. She hung up on me, in error I assume, the first time. But I called back and got her again. I asked if she could honor the coupon on delivery, or was it just pick up. She stated that she could do the Coupon price. Provided her my order and gave her a credit card to pay for it. When the pizza was delivered the total was $17.31. Not $12.99 as she stated. In my humble opinion it is bad policy to charge more than was stated. I never got the total from Yasmine after I ordered and gave her the card. I would recommend finding another place to do business. There are a lot of options here in the Lake Arlington area. The delivery was fast, the driver very friendly and courteous, just the over charging is why a one star review today. Update: Samantha, who identifies herself as a Manager stated there is a $3.99 delivery charge. That was NOT disclosed on the phone, I specifically ask Yasmine if delivery was the same price as carry out, no other charges, she said yes. I would recommend that Pizza Hut put that $4 in there back pocket for when they need it, I will not set foot in a Pizza Hut again.

When I placed my order I put curbside and ended going inside the restaurant, because my pizza was not delivered to me at curbside. Cleanliness is a big thing for me. When I went inside the restaurant the prep area was messy and the floor had food and crumbs all over the floor " disgusting". The customer waiting area needed to be swept and mopped. The smell of the restaurant itself when you go in makes me disgusted of the place. It smells like it never gets a deep cleaned or even mopped at all. Never buying from there again unless these issues are addressed. Customer service was excellent.

The pizza was finished mostly on time, we had to wait about 5 min after the app said finished. The pizza that needed little sauce had extra, and the other pizzas that had no modifications were dry and crunchy, like they went through the oven twice. We did request a special made no sauce for a person with food allergies and that was fulfilled correctly so thank you for getting that one right.
