Don't feel like giving even one star. Horrible customer service. The guy at front desk lacks etiquette and passes racist comments. Used abusive language when my daughter went to shop. There are several comments on this store. Seems 7-Eleven management isn't bothered about its clientele. Hope they wake up from their deep slumber and investigate as matter reported to them and complaint lodged.

I saw one of store reps at around 6:00 to 6:15pm treat a delivery person with the utmost disrespect. Is this what your store represents this person did not need to be treated that way. Also, when he responded your store rep behavior your store rep wants to play the victim. You should take time to train your store reps because that behavior is not excusable to anyone who comes to the location. If this delivery person gets his delivery wrong it looks bad on you as the brand, not the person who picking it up at least he nice enough to confirm the information before just grabbing anything. Also if the rep is not happy with his job maybe he should find another job. Hope you address this with your store reps

If you like to be mistreated and receive a bad attitude this is your place; the employees are disrespectful and apathetic, they lack any type of empathy, I would dare to say that they are not only very bad at providing customer service, but they are dark and deplorable people, with bad feelings and lax ethics.

I've watched the same employee go maskless, cough all over the coffee maker with a congested sounding smoker's cough, and on my last visit, he was preparing food by the register by handing taquitos with bare hands--no gloves. Most of the employees here are fine, which is why I come back in here for wrapped goods, but anything prepared, never. But this guy is rude, and doesn't seem to care about basic health regulations. It's disgusting and I have no idea why the owners tolerate this guy insulting customers and having a disregard to safety.

On The Google Website, It Says 24 Hours But I Just Got Rushed Out The Store Because They Said They Was Closed At 12pm. No Coffee When Thats What I Originally Came For & Was Very Rude About It. If Your Black, Your Going To Get Treated Like A Criminal. This Is Ridiculous

Zero Stars! Worst 711 ever!!!! Fire all the employees. They are rude and disrespectful to everyone including my 12 year old son and 80 year old legally blind Grandma. I live in the area and it’s sad to see how they treat people. The store is connected to an elderly home and they are so rude to even them. I’m calling the news, social media, congressmen whoever I need to call. This is unacceptable in America.
