Dunkin'

Stopped to get donuts for my kids as well as some sandwiches for my wife and myself this morning. Customer service was okay at best. Both sandwiches were burnt and my large drink was half empty? I will definitely be avoiding coming back here. Especially when there are plenty of mom and pop places around that can at least smile at you when you give them business as well as serve edible food.

This is not a frozen coffee. Every time I buy frozen coffee now at Dunkin they give you frozen cream instead of frozen coffee. You only taste the cream or milk like while you are looking to get the coffee taste. Managers keep telling you that it is the machine that calibrated like that. Please recalibrate your machine or you can start calling the drink frozen milk, milkshake or something else. Not frozen coffee.

Let me tell you the attitude that I got for asking for whipped cream. I asked for whipped cream before I finished my transaction. The cashier was nice but chose to not speak up and tell her coworker that she failed to add it. The other girl asked the cashier in front me “did she ask for whipped cream?” It’s WHIPPED CREAM what is the attitude and sarcasm??!!! Won’t be coming here again.

The people were very friendly. The place seemed very clean. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with "hash browns" since it was morning and I have never had any of their breakfast things before and I was hungry and curious. The sandwich was a pretty decent size with two real eggs, 3-4 pieces of bacon and a white cheese on a light brown bread that was not toasted. The sandwich was good but would've been much better had it been toasted. The "hash brown" medallions (6) looked nice but had a heavy taste of basil (?) or some added spice and not a pleasant morning addition to what I expected. The donuts were very good...lol. So...back to just donuts when I go there.

My wife and I went to grab some breakfast. They were out of everything I wanted so I got nothing. Wife said the hash browns were soggy and stuck together and tasted like it was sitting forever. She also ordered a glazed chocolate donut but got a cake donut instead. They also tried to avoid our add on. She had to repeat herself several times. Would give zero stars but she liked the coffee.

Worst customer service experience. I didn't even order my food because after patiently waiting in the drive through I was rudely rushed to make my order. TWO members of staff felt the need to rush me over the speaker without allowing me to finalize the order I was attempting to make. Then when I asked for patience they aggressively argued about customers waiting, as if we had not done the same to get our food. Hire professional staff. I won't bother going back, apparently Dunkin is leaving the customer service skills to Star Bucks.

Not friendly at all. Young Caucasian girl on 6/21 was very dry and ill mannered. Nothing was in stock, no decaf shots, no syrups, missing breakfast items. I wanted to say something but figured coming here and sharing my concern would be better. Poor staff can make or break your business. Just saying. Giving two stars because my coffee actually tasted good lol
