Subway

I've been going to this location for years but it seems as though there is a new manager. From what I understand she doesn't allow employees to give extra lettuce.....I personally have never heard that before so since then I've been asking subway employees every time I go and I haven't found any other location that does this. I usually get a BLT wrap with no tomatoes so I ask for extra lettuce because there isnt much else on the wrap (no extra meat ) and just recently I've been denied. They told me they have to be able to close the wrap and they will get in trouble if the manager walks in and sees them. I've added pictures but i always have a lot of extra wrap and definitely enough room for more lettuce. I just don't like that a pay so much and get more at other locations. I

Yesterday May 15 we decided to eat subway for dinner.. we are family of 5 so our order was kind a pricey… order it online give it 30 minutes extra so not rushing them.. get there went home to eat and the they look empty.. we were eating only bread Basically… this place charged the high amount as $8.19 for each footlong … we order tuna … not just there like 2 scoops of tuna but also no vegetables… we asked for everything… that’s why we like subway so my kids could eat vegetables… I swear they add one piece of each vegetable..,not recommended subway these days way too expensive for what you getting… subway not our last option due to grinch owners

Just awful. I was the only customer there and the person behind the counter asked a employee who just walked in the door if he wanted to wait on me. The newly arrived employee said no because he just picked up his dinner at another fast food place. The counter person didn't want to wait on me. They were out of most bread because "someone last night didn't make any". So the day people were too lazy. They were out of some vegetables at 5:00. A group came in to pick up their order but no one made it. Now the line was backing up but the employees still didn't want to work. They were out of iced tea. Not one employee was interested in taking care of their customers. They were more interested in talking among themselves like you don't exist.
