El Limon

We felt like eating some Mexican food. Google the area found this spot. Read a couple reviews and decided to try it. We went early afternoon so there was no crowd. They seem to get alot of pick-up orders. It didn't take long for service. Our food came out pretty quick and it was hot and tasted fresh. We just didn't like their choices of hot sauce, those tastes like card board. Customer service was good. Got a free margarita with my meal which was not the best but nice gesture. They do not have alcohol for sale. I will definitely eat here again.

Hey guys so this is what happened. I called in a pick up order for fish tacos. As I picked up the bag I noticed one long black hair on the Take out bag. So I decided to open the takeout container to have a look at my food, found another hair on the container open the container and there was Long strand of hair in the beans of my fish taco. They were very nice to refund my money so there it is that was my experience. I probably will not be going back. She first asked if I would like to order some thing else or. I said no thank you didn’t want any more surprises. Also do not order the fish tacos it is not worth the portion size

The food is usually good but the service sucks. I had a bad experience with a catering order. When I tried to place the order I was left on "hold" (the phone was put down on the counter) and forgotten. I called back and was told the person answering couldn't help me and I had to call the manager. I ordered multiple trays of chicken and beef tacos supreme. When picking up the order the staff was rude. When I asked for my order they pointed to the crate with my large order stacked in it and said "it's over there". Then they plopped an additional bag on the other end of the counter. I had to ask if that was also part if my order. It was. Not one of the 3 staff members handed me anything, or offered to help or even held the door as I struggled to carry it all out. When I opened the food to serve it, the chicken was dry and the taco shells were wet. The beef looked good but the lettuce they gave me was bad. It had brownish pieces and I just ended up not serving it at all. The tub of sour cream they provided was watery. It looked like milk (also couldn't serve). I would never order catering again and if I ever do eat at El Limon again it will be a different location because the staff was unbearably rude at Ardmore.
