Applebee's

This location seems understaffed and things don't happen in a timely manner. It doesn't appear to be the wait staff's fault. Food was cold and the end of the bar was a mess with dirty dishes etc. One of the tables was littered with silverware and napkins etc assuming being put together for customer use. Not one of our better Applebees experiences.

I went to this Applebees around 10 p.m. for half priced appetizers. Me and a guy went and we were having a great time. We had a waitress named Cami who is really nice. She did a great job. Another waitress at this location named Brittany was also working. Brittany and the guy I was with had gone out in the past. Cami took our order and Brittany went out of her way to bring us our food. After Brittany put our food on the table she looked and us and said So you are bringing her out to Applebees just like u did for u and me with an unfriendly face and started to walk away. So I said but hes better with me now and she continued to walk away. Through out the night Brittany would walk past our table then talk to other servers and the proceed to go out of her way to walk by again. On the receipt I wrote a comment that wasent so nice. I agree that I was immature but I also think that none of it would have happened if she would have been professional at her work place. She then proceeded to send the guy I am seeing a message saying that we are no longer welcome. I understand the situation. I think the situation was managed poorly and if we are truly not welcome I would like to hear it from Applebees Corporate.

If you’re considering eating here, do yourself a big favor and just pick a different location. I have never had such a terrible experience at a restaurant. After getting no menus, our server Alexia came within 2 minutes of us sitting down and asked us if we were ready to order. After saying we would like a menu and to order drinks, she disappears for 15 minutes and comes back missing one of our drinks. We order our food and she says she will get another drink but then disappears FOR AN HOUR. We were completely forgotten. After an hour we decide we’re going to eat somewhere else after telling the bartender and host multiple times that we haven’t had any service. We politely asked to leave and paid for our drinks and as we’re standing there our server magically appears saying she was working in the kitchen and acts like we were at fault for this. I don’t understand how you can just leave customers high and dry like this and expect them to wait for you. What kind of management allows this?... multiple other servers were just standing around talking it’s hard to believe not one of them couldn’t have picked up our table. They then told us our food was actually ready however we were still going to have to pay for it and at this point I didn’t want to get them a dime more of my money. Done with that place

It's a basic chain restaurant, but we enjoyed our good. Decent portions and good flavor. They always have deals and affordable drinks, too. Waitress was nice and prompt! The booth was uncomfortable to say the least. Not much room between you and the table.... And I am a healthy 130lbs. The cushion was hard and lumpy. Carpet was dirty, rails chipped, etc. Place could definitely use some TLC!

My food was good and seasoned well but the sirloin was tough. My biggest complaint was the restaurant was freezing. It was only 75 degrees outside and I think it was 55 degrees inside. I told the hostess to seat us where it was the warmest. She honestly couldn't find a place. I didn't have a sweater in my car. I also noticed 2 Ladies get up and get jackets from their car. Because it was so cold my food cooled off in 5 minutes. I rushed to eat while it was warm . Very disappointed. Sincerely, Janet Schroeder

I would give it less than one star if I could. On Feb 20th at approximately 430pm I placed a car side to go order to be picked up at 5:45pm. Plenty of enough time to make order. I then showed up at 5:38pm and the waitress stated she would go it the order. I waited an additional twenty minutes with no meal waiting in my car with my young son, so I called the restaurant to find out where my meal way just as my meal came out. I stayed on the phone to speak with "Nate" who I was told was a manager, explained my frustration because of the wait exceptionally since I place the order for them to have plenty of time to make. Nate attempted to make thing right by offering a free appetizer on our next meal. I turned it down because I just wanted to have my complaint. Approximately five minutes I arrived home to eat the meal to find out all the food all ice cold and missing sides. I then called Nate back this time really upset. Was offered for meal to be refunded but because it was paid with cash and gift card was told the district manager would have to approve the refund and that I would hear back from Nate in a day or two. NO CALLBACK NO REFUND EVER HAPPENED, OUT $25.00. Won't go back for a long while.
