Staff was friendly and the food was fresh. The only unfortunate thing about our visit was that Burger King changed the recipe/supplier for their sauces (specifically ranch) and it's is terrible! We have yet to find a sauce that actually is good there now.

My son called to ask if they are hiring, he asked for the manager (who answered) and she told him they are and its not the right time to call because it's lunch time with an attitude. What about if it was a customer with a complaint? I don't believe this is managed friendly and my son won't be applying for a compony like that to give his first time job too. I didn't even want to give one star after hearing my son on the speaker with her.

Very disappointed with the service I received ordered 3 meals and two of the three were correct. I asked for a plain bacon cheese burger and it came with ketchup on it and no bacon. Called the store to complain but they didn't answer, so I called corporate and told them about my experience and the poor service I received. They are sending out a representative to check out the store.

Only drive-thru open now because of extreme lack of workers. They are trying their best!!

Very dissatisfied with my service, The person who took my order was rude and I couldn’t even do two different orders in the drive thru. All you have to do is hit one more button but instead she instructed me to come in. After I ordered they scowled at me and practically shoved the food in my face with how aggressive it was. Will not be returning

They're always out of something or make countless mistakes!! You'd think with the amount of bad reviews this location gets, they would try to provide better customer service...maybe pay attention to the orders & make sure they're right the first time around. Being understaffed or getting bombarded with orders during rush hr always seem to be their excuse for their mistakes. They also tend to close half hr early. I like Burger King but this is frustrating!!😡

Can't stand the way they treat their employees who are under 18. Good employees get closing shifts on weekdays, threated if calling in sick, requiring a Drs note on the weekend.

Very nice staff. The place was nice. It was hot outside and the people there were still really welcoming.
