Burger King

Used to be pretty good, a lot of little things added up to a bad experience recently. I decided to try the new Whopper Melt they were advertising on their big Burger King sign. The sandwich came with the right ingredients inside but the wrong bun. We used a deal on the app that clearly said we could get a free Original Chicken Sandwich with a $3 purchase but was told the deal doesn’t work for the OCS. The bun of the Chicken sandwich we did get was a little burnt and very very stale. Half the fries were hot, and half were cold. The pop was all ice and very little actual soda. Very disappointed, we will be going to McDonald’s from now on.

This establishment has gone down hill!!!! I spent $30 for 3 meals(1 a kids meal) which was fine! But this is fast food, I waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru! There was a total of 4 customers before me. And when I pulled up my bags were waiting hanging open getting cold!! They reassured me they would be good!! Well imagine that! My burger wasn’t even warm!! I will never spend a dime there again!! And I’m sure they won’t be open that long if they can’t handle 4 customers at a time! Where is their management? And common sense!!

Fast food, nothing special though I think it is a bit better than McDonald’s. Customer service was great inside. Helped by a new employee of four weeks named Jennifer. She was friendly and had great customer service skills! Best I have seen in long time in a chain restaurant. Food came quickly and the inside was clean.

Place an order in the app for Pick Up. It said that it would be ready at 1:04, so I arrived at 1pm in case they were quicker than expected. At 1:05 I went yo the doors thinking that maybe I was supposed to go into the vestibule, but the doors were locked. I waited until 1:10 and reluctantly joined the ridiculously long drive thru line, which was the reason I ordered for "Pick Up". When I finally got to the window at 1:21, I asked the manager if they didn't ACTUALLY do pick up and he replied "no". I suggested that they should remove it from their app as an option to avoid having people sit out there waiting for nothing to happen. He didn't respond in any way so I told him that I was parked out front waiting for my order for quite a while, to which he shrugged his shoulders, raised his hands, and walked away. All in all it wasn't a huge deal. It was his lack of concern that was most upsetting. He wasn't a young kid, which would almost be understandable, but a man in his mid 40s to 50s...my age. From the customer service generation... Somebody may make the same mistake and end up missing their lunch or dinner because they're on a 30 minute break... Fix this BK. And fix the blue shirt manager at VanRoy Rd in Appleton. The Ghost Pepper nuggets were pretty good, but I got fries instead of onion rings.

Not impressed. Food was good but drive thru attendants were not. I ordered a kids meal and I barely finished speaking before they asked if that was it. I said no, I'll take a 7up for the drink. I recieved a reply with we don't have that. I replied ok ill take a sprite then. I was asked if that was it again. I said no and ordered the next item. I was then cut off with my total. I had 2 more ppl to order for!! Said screw it ill go else where. I almost didn't go to the window to get my food but my kids had begged for Burger King. Been going to this location for 20 years and never had an issue til now

A bit on the slow side on service. Cashier was not too friendly like they were to tired to take my order. Tables were dirty and parts of the floor had fries all over.2 people in the dining room and staff was standing around while they could have been cleaning the dining room. This use to be one of the best BK s in Appleton, but rapidly sliding down the scale.
