Tom's Drive In

This Tom's has been super friendly and efficient every time I've been there (new to the area so no prior frame of reference). Haven't been to any of the other ones but I've never seen a lunch rush drive-thru line move so fast. A welcome experience considering other fast food places have unbelievable wait times lately. Food is great too!

This was my first time eating Tom's. I ordered a Tom burger with fries. My burger came with two patties, one slice of cheese, and one tomato. Disgusting! On the drive thru screen the Tom burger picture had lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese. My burger didn't have half of what it was supposed to have, and the fries were old and dry. I don't usually eat fast food and this experience confirmed fast food is disgusting.

I'd love to give 5 star's, However... as of late, they are lucky to get 2 stars. Now granted... this issue may have something to do with the fact that most "everyone" is scrapping the bottom of the barrel looking for employees. However, From what I was told in store tonight... it comes down to training. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Why? Well... it's now 4 or 5 straight drive-thru orders that have been messed up. (Yes, I call, they offer to remake the order or send coupons). Let's see... I'll have a #8 Combo, plain, No cheese, just the meat & the bun, And I'd like a small cheese curd. Check the bag before leaving tonight 2/5/22 & no fries. Go in & I'm told..."when you say AND cheese curds, we aer Trained to Automatically remove the fries. Say WHAT??? Get home & find my order of NO Cheese , once again has cheese on the burger... Been eating food from Tom's drive-in since I was like 10. I'm now 60+years old. Not sure I'll be back. At least not any time soon. **I appreciate your efforts to fix the issues. But how about getting it Right the First time like in the past.

Ordered a family pack w/ hamburgers. Received 5 out of 6 hamburgers. The container of fries was only half filled. And we received none of the drinks that were ordered. Placed the order via EatStreet. Each time getting Toms has progressively gotten worse. It’s been practically a year, and receiving worse service than ever. Just not bothering at this point. Unbelievable.
