Panera Bread

0 stars would be better. I used to order from here and they would be great, but the last three times I gave the benefit of the doubt because I was craving the Mac and cheese or grilled cheese but have only been disappointed each time. First time they overcooked the whole thing, didn't even taste like what its supposed to. Second time trying, I thought would be better, they got the Mac and cheese right but how do you mess up a grilled cheese? A Macaroni grilled cheese? No. Third time I had to go (and didn't want to) because my husband was sick and wanted soup. So I figured okay I'm hungry too. I was specific and even asked them to not over cook the Mac and cheese, they said okay. Instead what I got home to was half a broccoli and cheese macaroni and then it looked like they covered it up by putting the regular one on top of it. Didn't find out until I started eating it. Trash. Never ordering or coming back.

Is this Panera going under? Giving it another shot. I pulled in for some bagels Tuesday at 9am. They were out of the popular bagels and only had flax seed. So being hungry will give it a try. What we got was a oatmeal covered lunch roll. We got 2 for 9.00. Sad Apopka doesn't have a decent bagel shop. Panera is terrible.

Terrible experience Ordered the pick 2 and got a Napa chicken salad sandwich and salad. The sandwich literally had 2 tiny bits of chicken and half a grape between the bread. The salad was good but again it had just 4 small bits of chopped chicken Service seemed fast but can’t understand why I’m being asked to tip when I pickup my food, get my own drink, and bus my own table. Panera used to be good. Won’t return.

Food is always good and the workers are always friendly and helpful, but the estimated wait times are extremely hit or miss. 40 minute turn around this morning on a Rapid Pick-Up order (sandwich and drink). Disappointing, bc I like stopping in on my way to work, but if I can't trust that my order will be ready in time...

I’ve come to this location multiple times. And almost every time there is something wrong with my order. Today they gave me a completely different soup than what I asked for and didn’t give me the right sandwich. The food is not cheap so I would appreciate it if I got what I ordered. I tried calling to explain my issue but of course no answer.
