Food is good but for some reason, they keep forgetting to put the chicken in my husband’s breakfast chicken sandwich?? It happened twice in the same week. Cashiers are friendly, fries are hot, 4/5 would recommend in a pinch!

Pulled into drive thru with 4 vehicles in front to the speaker. The employee taking the order was apparently untrained.
26 minutes later I received my food and drink. I grabbed my sandwich and found it to be dry and not prepared the way I ordered.
Worse experience at a "FAST" food restaurant in years.

Sat in line for over 25 minutes with only one car in front of me. I sat at the speaker for almost 10 minutes with nobody even acknowledging me. Definitely not “fast food”

Worst experience with Wendy's I've ever had. No one wanted to do anything. Apparently the frosty machine was out of order but watched them make one prior to my order. Using the N word multiple times. I will not be back.

I bought a taco salad and was given chili and chips. As I entered the lobby, no customer service at all. A bunch of kids conversating. After a minute of being ignored I yelled, still ignored until I shouted HEY. This state has a cesspool of people whom don't want to work. All Wendy's and other restaurants should be audited at least once a week.

Wendy’s really disappointed me today normally the frostys are great but today specifically the new strawberry frosty we got was very liquidity and we weren’t given a warning before ordering it

Terrible service....never open on time. Cars drive off from drive thru including me because they don't bother to take your order. Employees stroll in after opening time with no concern customers are waiting.
