Food was cold. The app gave me an hour wait, food was definitely sitting for 30. Literally would have had to warm it up but just threw it in the trash. As you can see the fries are burnt and were soggy, fish was drenched in lemon pepper . 1st time trying them and the last time. no need to return or try again, they can keep this junk

Not impressed at all. Not taste in the hot chicken or Mac and cheese. Jar pickles being sold in foil for 50 cents is a joke. Save yourself the disappointment and drive down the road to Prince's Hot Chicken in Antioch. Review the pictures and see for yourself. Also look at the "hot tenders" hardly no seasoning on bread, just so you get and idea of how lightly seasoned it was. The quarter you can see the edges didn't have any sacue.

I used to go here a lot. They always had nice sized pieces of chicken and great spice, a good value. Unfortunately, this time, I got tiny pieces of chicken (see photo). They are still spiced good but not worth the $2.00 a piece I pay. Bolton's is less than 1/2 mile away. I'll go there from now on.

I tried Hot Stuff Spicy Chicken... out twice because I like to give businesses second chances. The first time wasn't great, the second time was OK. Food arrived hot. The fish is OK. Charged way to much for condiments and the container is not even half way filled up. The macaroni and cheese that is $1.99 for a side comes in the smallest container (the portion provided alone should be free) and is absolutely flavorless... it's nothing but noodles and I guess that's cheese. The overall quality of the food isn't the best. Won't be going again.

Overwhelming unsatisfied with my order from here. This was the size of the “chicken strip” I ordered. Not only that, I got the fried pickles and mac n cheese too, which were also pretty bad. Everything was pretty bland and boring. The fried pickles were so thin it was basically like eating fried air. Would not recommend eating from this establishment. Everything was under seasoned and stale tasting.

Worst hot chicken I have ever had. Looked like it had been sitting for a while. Looks weren't deceiving, as chicken was dried out and tough as leather. Portions were very small compared to previous owners. Feel like I was robbed of my $13. Never again!!!!! Don't waste your hard earned money!!!!! Wouldn't let me give 0 Stars so had to give 1 star so I could post!!!!!

I order from here all the time. Tonight this was food was sub-par. There was no meat in the fried fish and the wings were not that great either. The sprite tasted like the machine needed to be refilled. I called to let them know and the guy on the phone did not even apologize and asked me what do I want them to do about it?? I will not be eating here again. I wasnt even trying to get a free meal, just wanted to let them know that it was not good. Do better.
