The original chicken sandwiches, french fries, vanilla iced coffee, and the Sundae pie were delicious and tasty.
I like them, a lot.

I am not giving this location 3 stars because if their service, it's because of the inconvenience not having to drive 5 miles to this location from the closed Oakley location. The reason it was closed is because they cannot find workers. I guess people will have to be starving before they look for a job.
The food was decent, typical Burger King. The employees are nice. They explained what was happening and made me feel like they felt bad about the situation. I would go to the Brentwood location anytime.

Fast service every time I've been here. The manager is really nice and clearly committed to customer service. I'm leaving 4 stars, only because they have been out of an item I wanted a couple of times, but they are always apologetic and try to accommodate for the unavailable item.

They literally took someone else’s burger, re-heated it and served it to me. They didn’t give me any napkins or ketchup. I ordered a sprite and they gave me a coke full of ice. I specifically asked for NO BACON, and what do you know, they put bacon in my burger’s! Mind you, I was the only car in line and had to wait 20 mins for the food. Seems like this place gives you whatever they want, NOT WHAT YOU PAID FOR! Worst customer experience ever! Never coming back, AVOID THIS PLACE!
