Yesterday I ordered a large order: 20 breasts 16 dark meat and 3 lbs Coke Slaw for a family dinner. The service was excellent the Chicken was perfect. Thank you KFC Antioch! Great Employees!

Richard went above and beyond to help us right before closing..also it was so clean my wife and I were wondering if they use a cleaning service...all the food was fresh and hot...GIVE RICHARD A RAISE.. no I don't know him and we are not acquaintances, I don't work there..it's just good old fashioned hospitality and food..

They have an excellent crispy chicken sandwich (I ordered the "classic" versus the "spicy" chicken sandwich). Their chicken pot pie is outstanding ... Flaky crust, lots of veggies and very tasty. In the past, I also ordered their "Chicken Little" sandwiches. They are a great snack!

Food was great. Service was awful. First, I waited more than 5 minutes at the window and the kid at the window asked if I could move on. I had to ask where my food was. Je was shocked when he realized I was still there. Second, when I was eating in the car, I had no dipping sauce. When I and the manager?, asked what I needed, I told him, he gave 2 of each. I didn't want 2 of each. Third, I opened the package for my sides, no silverware. I gave up and went home.

Good food, but a lil pricey if u have a larger order. We were going to go in to order, and even though the lobby said it was open. The door was locked and I was directed to the drive through. Staff was friendly and for the amount that was ordered. They worked quickly to complete it.

I went in yesterday to pick up some sides. The workers were very nice. They were working very fast to get the orders out. The inside was a little dark as far as lighting went. The food was good as was fresh. They may want to update the look of the dinning room to make it brighter. The food and service was great.

I go here on a weekly basis, and I will say all the employees are outstanding, I have had a few times where I get home with my order, and something may not be correct but I mention that on my next visit and they are more than willing to make things right. I am there so often now, that all of the employees know me and my order so no issues any longer. The best KFC is in Antioch Il, that is my opinion.
