Dunkin'

This is literally the NASTIEST and I promise you the NASTIEST dunkin I’ve ever been to. Don’t leave your dining room open if you for one can’t even clean your tables and two, you’re gonna ask people to leave that bought something ? And then you lock your bathrooms but you wanna keep those clean ? AHAHAHAHAH please prioritize your business, this is exactly why you’re the worst rated one in Annapolis !

Went thru drive thru to order noticed on screen that one of the items we ordered was wrong. Brought it to the guys attention and we got " don't worry about it, what else do you want" very rudely. Needless to say we left without our order. Suggest you not stop here unless you want an order of rude with your coffee !

I came there twice, only to see in the drive thru window that they were closed at 2pm and would reopen. Not the employees fault but I sure wasn’t happy about that. Can’t rely on being able to get a box of arranged donuts for someone else when you pull in and realize, you’re SOL. And on two different days? What’s up with that.

I was blown away by the incredible service and friendliness of this Dunkin Donuts location! Last weekend my toddler was really excited about going to the "donut store" and picking out his own donut from the display windows inside the store. I went solo with him and my 5 month old daughter. After taking the time to park and get everyone out and in the stroller, we meandered up to the front door only to realize it was closed and drive-thru only! The manager came over to the door immediately and let us in - he let my son back behind the counter so he could pick his own donuts from the trays - the staff couldn't have been nicer and my son was over the moon!! It really was above and beyond of the manager to make an exception for us as he could see my son's excitement. We had such a fun outing and will absolutely be back again!!

All I wanted was a med. coffee and a donut but they evidently did not like me. I commented the new remodeling. She smashed my chocolate custard and though it in the bag. I could hear it splat. My coffee was white and my donut was smashed. I ate about half of it but it looked gross so I though it away. I will never go back! $3.89 for a med. coffee and a smashed donut that looked so good in the case. ripped off. I did not leave a tip.
