Lol the rating is because of management, Lorena your horrible. You let me down as an adult when I was a child. You have continued your Mistreatment of staff for a long time I've heard which is why im commenting. Enough is enough, people are human not robots.

Coffee was okay. But the bagel I ordered I told them I wanted it toasted a little extra so it was dark brown. They didn't. Plus they always put too much cream cheese but if you ask for light, they barely put any.

The hot chocolate was too hot for my daughter to drink right away which is all she wanted.

Paid for order on the app but never got it & they said it was my fault. They searched my phone, wasted half an hour of my time, said they'd replace my order, never did, and the Assistant Manager said no order ever came in for Carolyn. I left with no food no apology believing I'd made an error until I saw my credit card was charged. I spoke with 4 different people over the phone including the manager who did not resolved this issue. Oh well I need to lose weight anyway. App is deleted.

I witnessed an employee snapping at another employee for "yelling" and how that wasn't appropriate as "assistant manager" .... But the employee doing the telling off was way WAY louder than the one being scolded was originally—and it was not a professional reprimanding. It was inappropriate, and frankly I'd encourage anyone that is talked to that way to quit their job. Employees are also people, and even if they make mistakes they should be treated with basic human decency. Please encourage your employees to treat their fellow employees with the respect that they'd want to be treated with—and probably not "discipline" employees in front of clients if they MUST.

Our order was incorrect and after attempting to correct, I felt completely disrespected. The staff were just standing around while the line of people got longer. No sense of urgency or customer satisfaction
