The freshness of everything is so fresh freshy fresh fresh. The salsa bare is where it's at. Everyone lives the ability to chose, and there are a lot of salsas and sauces to chose from. The fajita tray is huge and worth every penny. The food is made to order, and you can get fresh made hand tossed tortillas.

Delicious, fresh, American Mexican food. I love all of their salad options along with the bowls, burritos and tacos. Every item I've had from this Baja Fresh is well, FRESH. As a result of COVID, there is no self serve salsa; however, you can ask for some and they will give it to you. I recommend the Steak Tostada Salad, minus the sour cream and get a side of their cilantro ranch dressing... That dressing is delicious.

It was good, decent crowd for a Saturday night. They do have just plain soda water or tap. The enchiladas were good, salad was so so. Salsa bar is a good touch. Restaurant was clean, did not check out the restroom.

I got a woohoo (fish) taco and a shrimp taco. They were good, but I would have preferred some type of sauce on them. The salsa bar did not have a sauce I would have liked on the tacos. They need a sour cream - avocado- creamy based mild spicy sauce to punch them up. Service was good and the restaurant was clean, as well as, the restroom.

Despite the lack of customers, it still took a very long time to get my food. Customers who ordered after me received theirs first. Then when I did get my food, two tacos and some rice, I was pretty disappointed. My steak taco was just steak and lettuce. Nothing else. I added some salsa verde and sour cream, but I was definitely expecting more. The shrimp taco had toppings, but something in it just didn't taste good. I had the same issue with ordering one of their bowls before. I wasn't able to eat that one.

I love this place. It's my monthly go to before I take a browse at the bookstore down the sidewalk a little ways. Sure you could nitpick about the bathroom or the lackluster design but the food is consistently good. I recommend the burrito ultima. It's never let me down.
