Hardee's

One of the best fast food experiences ever. Food was fresh, hot, and well put together - not messy. Drink was not watered down or too syrupy. Milkshake was perfect. Jessica the cashier was polite, quick, sweet, and super freaking cute. Well done! I wished I had cash so I could leave a tip or asked her for her cashapp. Jessica, if you read this, send me a request at $AFE1987.

In the past my order had been messed up so much at every hardee's I quit them cold turkey for a few yrs. Moved north of anna last yr and my new local hardees (Murphysboro) is amazing! It's clean, always open, Seemingly seasoned crew, and after four visits now has not once messed up my simple request. Love the frisco, but keep the cheese 🧀 please, I don't mind to pick off the tomatoes since they don't normally melt to my patty. Passing thru we wanted something different, burger king burn out n all. Dq was flooded busy and we all vot d for thick burgers. The place being completely empty made me wonder if we called that wrong thinking the locals knew something we didn't. I know hardee's price is hi, but dqs isn't much better. Trooped it out regardless. Lady who took order had trouble hearing us and she came back thru the headset louder than I believe she knew but she repeated for accuracy. The window found us having to wait awhile for the food and then pulling forward for a second wait on a shake. Two combos #2 & frisco two leg fries, lrg dr p, lrg coke and one reg chocolate shake. Disappointed not having the ketchup n salt I had asked for but didn't want to wait again. Was hungry enough to skip the sauce until finding my lrg curls in a small box and cold. Wrong size isn't huge deal but not thrilled to wait for cold fries. Check ur warming lamp? Recieved my burger minus the chz, and not completely cold but not hot enough to be the reason we waited. The short staff appeared the issue. By short I mean not enough help. One cook, one front line is almost never enough to expedite u need that 3rd. Attitudes where pleasant and the window girl was apologizing and friendly, possiblity embarrassed but pat her on the back cuz she was all u had tonight

I eat here several times a week for breakfast and at least once a week for lunch. The service is usually pretty good. I've had a few mistakes on my orders but that is to be expected with the frequency of my patronage. What I would like to do is commend them on how they handle mistakes. The 2 photos I'm posting illustrate that completely. A sparse 5 piece chicken strips replaced free with a mounding 5. Thank you Hardee's management.

We love Hardee's. We also understand that no one wants to work right now and understand y'all can't get everything due to shortages. But I have asked 2 days in a row for my biscuit and gravy be packaged separately because there are no gravy bowls. I specifically told her this morning I have a 15min drive please wrap separately..I just got to my destination and my biscuit is like gravy a soggy mess..I will be taking my business elsewhere. 🤬
