Mcdonald's

Went in to this place in on my way back to Ohio, and the place was just dirty. There was food on the floors, tables were dirty, just didn't feel good to eat at. The people at the registers and handing out food seemed to care less about the customers and more about quickly getting back to the back. Beautiful place, deserves a lot better care.

I don't know what this is supposed to be but I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich Meal. The chicken patty was dry and had no condiments. I've had McChickens with more life than this. The fries were soggy, lukewarm, and underfilled. The iced tea was hardly sweet. This is on top of lines that are slow whether it's busy or not busy (it's usually wrapped around the building because of how slow it is). There's a dude who takes out the trash that is usually talking loud and using inappropriate language. But this meal, I can't believe someone made this and felt like that's sufficient for a customer who paid $8.

DON'T GO HERE! I waited in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes and no one ever took my order. They were definitely open and the previous people had ordered, paid and left. No one acknowledged I was in line, apologized and asked me to continue waiting. Nothing. They just stopped working and left me and 6 other customers waiting in the drive thru lane. Ultimately we all left. Horrible service.

This place deserves half a stat quite frankly. We sat at the window without being greeted or even acknowledged at all for more than 5 minutes. The young lady working the window was wearing her purse and her hair wasn't secured back as it should be when working in the food industry. I am very dissatisfied with the staff here at this location. The older man (whom I would have to assume was in management judging by his attire) also ignored us.

A terrible McDs, the drive thru takes forever even if there is no line. The staff is more interested joking around and eating fries then serving customers. My quarter pounder tasted like it was 4 days old, was on the wrong bun, had no cheese. I want so badly for this McDs to be a place I can get a quick lunch but most often it’s 7-10 bucks of food u throw away cuz ur that disappointed. Go to little ceasers or Domino’s if u need something quick on Nixon and Plymouth cuz this place is a waist of ur time.

At this busy spot, they insist you use the kiosks to place your order. Not a single human up front. I botched my simple order so it didn't work. No body stationed there to help! Evidently most people pay at the kiosk also, so I did the only positive reaction. I sucked up my pride and left the scene without my order and I doubt if I will ever stop at that location ever again!
