I love five guys. They are a little bit pricey compared to other fast food but I believe that is because they use ingredients that are fresh and higher quality. They give good size portions also. I am a small eater but I can share a little burger because they are not so little! Great shakes and fries also! I would definitely recommend anyone who likes a burger to give them a try! Yummy 😋

Great burger, hugh portion of fries. My advice is order a small fry, I had all these left over I was so full.

Amazing staff that greeted me as I walked in the door and helped me every step of the way to make sure I got my food fast and safely! The food is amazing! Some of the best beef I have ever tasted on a burger and the fries were very hot and salty! Great job guys!

Ok I usually love five guys... but this experience was something else. We ordered our food at 7:15 they had it made in 5 minutes and then put everything in the bag. We did not get our food till 7:40. The manager was too busy trying to be the laugh of the party and sing at the top of his lungs. He was not paying attention to what his co workers were doing there were others just standing around in the back while they had 2 trainees on the floor. The trainees were doing what they were supposed to be doing but besides them nobody knew what they were doing and how to get things done in a timely manner. Like I said I love five guys and I look forward to it but by the time we got our food it was cold. Will not be returning.

Fresh burger with all the fixings, bag of fries & a good thick shake is what we wanted. That is exactly what we got too, absolutely hit the spot!
Would have been nice if it didn't cost $43 for the two of us and that was us sharing an order of fries.

5 guys gives me so much joy, the burgers are a gift from the heavens, the peanuts just the right level of taste which no lie my brother keeps some and has them just in his car. 5 guys is a masterpiece of food construction

hello all I'm a former assistant manager for this location and the one on Washtenaw. while I worked as this location I treated extremely disrespectfully by the co workers and the district area manager Tina wilson. I told Tina Wilson about all the problems I was having with new gm and the employees that were under me and she did nothing about it. Truth be told she liked the drama that was brewing in her stores. she fed off it. when I called out the gm Alan on social media about giving away free food. he pulled up to the location I was working at while tina was doing a "check up" and asked for the store key back. I believe this was all planned because they wanted my intellect but I wouldn't tell them anything. if you want something you have to work for it. and everyone I worked with was lazy and did not want me on the line because of jealous and envy. there is also a robbery that happened at tina Wilsons Washtenaw location. every time I brought it up to her if the case was solved or not she acted as so if it didn't matter to her giving me reason to believe it was an inside job

Super Delicious!!! It was my first tome eating here, the burgers are fresh and the fries were super hot and yummy! Staff were friendly and I would eat there again for sure!
